Exclusive Referral Program with Wheel the World 🎁

The Wheel the World referral program (“The Program”) allows Members to earn promotional coupon credits (“Travel Credits”) toward future hotels/experiences bookings by referring friends to become new users on Wheel the World.

Members can earn Travel Credits if: (1) a referred friend sends an sms with their referral code to create a valid Wheel the World account that complies with our terms-and-conditions; and (2) the referred person completes a trip in Wheel the World.

• Travel Credits may only be redeemed when booking via www.wheeltheworld.com ; email or phone call directly with one of our travel experts.
• Travel Credits must be used within one year from the date they are activated, after which they will expire.
• Coupon codes expire one year from when you are welcomed into the program via e-mail.
• Travel Credits are coupons issued for promotional purposes; they have no cash value and may not be transferred or exchanged for cash.
• If for any reason you believe that there is a discrepancy regarding your balance of Travel Credits, please get in touch with us.
• The maximum Travel Credit that can be earned per Member will be USD 3,600 total.
• Referred friends who have signed up using a valid sms to +1 (628) 900 7778 will also receive credit in the form of a coupon in the amount indicated in the referral invitation.
• Coupon codes may not be transferred to another person, exchanged for cash, or combined with other Wheel the World referral programs or incentives. They won’t be reimbursed as cash in case of trip cancellation.
• When using credits to pay for travel, the amount of travel credits used per booking can be at most 20% of the total cost of the trip.
• A referral will receive USD 200 each time a new customer of Wheel the World travels on a trip booked using their unique referral code. The credits are per booking that happened, it does not refer to people traveling.
• A referred friend can use their credits when booking a trip for the first time.
• Travel Credits will not be earned by creating multiple Wheel the World Accounts. Travel Credits accrued in separate Wheel the World accounts may not be combined into one Wheel the World account.
• A referred friend may only use one referral code. If a referred friend receives referral codes from multiple Members, only the Member associated with the referral code actually used by the referred friend will receive Travel Credit.
